Websites

A website that brings inquiries. Found on Google, connected to your sales.

We build websites for companies whose customers search before they get in touch. Each page answers what people search for, the site is easy to find, and inquiries reach the right person. It starts with a free audit call.

What we fix

Six reasons a website stays quiet. Each one before and after.

Most websites look fine and still bring few inquiries. These are the usual reasons, and what we build instead.

People cannot find you

Today
The site shows up when someone types your name, and not when they search for what you do.
With the new site
Each service and each area you work in gets its own page, so people find you when they search for what they need.
SearchExample
plumber in the city centre
  1. Your company/plumber-city-centrePlumber in the City Centre | Your companyPlumbing work for homes and offices in the city centre. Ask for a quote online.

Inquiries get lost

Today
The contact form sends an email to a shared inbox, and some messages wait for days.
With the new site
Inquiries reach the right person, and they can land in one customer list with the rest of your leads.
Contact formExample

MessageThe kitchen tap is leaking.

Not left waiting in a shared inbox

One language only

Today
The site is in one language, and customers who speak another one leave.
With the new site
Every page in the languages your customers speak, each with its own address, so Google shows the right one.
Three languagesExample
ETENRU
  • /et/torutoodTorutööd kesklinnasKüsige hinnapakkumist veebis.
  • /en/plumbingPlumbing in the city centreAsk for a quote online.
  • /ru/santehnikaСантехнические работы в центре городаЗапросите цену онлайн.

Each language has its own address

Moving means losing Google

Today
A new site goes live, old addresses break and the pages Google knew disappear.
With the new site
Every old address points to its new page, and after launch we check whether Google finds them.

How we keep the site found on Google

Old addressesExample
Old addressNew page
  1. /services.html/services
  2. /page.php?id=12/services/pipe-repair
  3. /prices.html/prices
  4. /contact-us.html/contact
  5. /about-us.html/about

Every old address points to its new page

Every change needs a developer

Today
Changing a price or a sentence means writing to someone and waiting.
With the new site
Where you want it, you get an editor for texts and prices. Bigger changes go through us.

No idea what works

Today
Nobody knows how many visitors call or write, or where they came from.
With the new site
Visitor statistics with proper cookie consent show which pages bring inquiries.
Part of the sales system

The website is where it starts. What happens after the inquiry matters as much.

A good site brings the inquiry. What happens next decides whether it turns into a job. Your website connects to the same system that answers, follows up and keeps your leads in one place.

From search to signed deal
  1. People search

    • Google search
    • A recommendation
    • Social media
  2. Your website

    • Service pages
    • Area pages
    • Languages

Each page answers what they searched for and makes it easy to get in touch.

  3. They get in touch

    • Form
    • Call
    • Email
  4. Follow-up keeps going

    • Inbox or customer list
    • Reminders
    • Weekly report

The follow-up is our sales systems work. We connect it when the site is ready, or later.

Client work

A Shopify store for a matcha brand. Built on the store they already had.

One of the sites we have built for clients, shown as it runs on matchabear.eu today.

Matcha Bear · matcha brand, Shopify store

Matcha Bear had a new brand identity and an existing Shopify store. We rebuilt the storefront theme around the new look, with the store in English and Estonian. The homepage walks through the four steps of making matcha, with portrait clips made for the phone layout, and then leads into tools, matcha and sets. Matcha Bear keeps its catalogue, orders and checkout in Shopify.

How a build goes

From audit to launch.

Four steps. We agree the dates in writing after the audit.

Example
  1. Step 01

    Audit

On a free 30-minute call we look at who your customers are, what they search for and what the site needs to do.

    Audit notes
    • Who the customers are
    • What they search for
    • What the site must do
  2. Step 02

    Pages and words

We plan the pages around what your customers search for and write them in their words, in every language you need.

    Page plan
    //services/contact/city-centre/old-town
  3. Step 03

    Build and test

We design and build the site, connect the forms and visitor statistics, and test it on phones before anyone else sees it.

    Checks
    • Forms reach the right person
    • Pages work on phones
    • Statistics with consent
  4. Step 04

    Launch

We point the domain at the new site, point every old address to its new page and check after launch whether Google finds the new pages.

    Launch
    1. /services.html/services
    2. /prices.html/prices
    3. /contact-us.html/contact
What stays yours

Your site, your domain.

We can run the site for you or hand it over. Either way, the domain and the content stay yours.

  1. The domain stays in your name

Your address stays with your domain provider. We only point it at the new site.

  2. You can change texts yourself

Where you want it, we set up an editor for texts and prices. Bigger changes go through us.

  3. We host it, or you do

We host and update the site, or hand over the code and access if you want to run it yourselves.

  4. Found after launch

After launch we check whether Google has found the new pages, and fix what it missed.

Start here

It starts with
the audit call.

Book a free 30-minute call with Karl. We look at who your customers are, what they search for and what your site needs to do, and tell you whether a new site is the right first step.

Websites · FAQ

Six questions before we start.

Straight answers on price, time, moving an old site, editing, online shops and ownership.

What does a website cost?

We price the work after we understand it. The free audit call shows what the site needs to do, and the written offer names the price before any work starts.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of pages and languages. We agree the dates in writing after the audit and keep you updated as we go.

Can you move our old site without losing Google?

Yes. We list every address of the old site, point each one to its new page, and after launch we check whether Google finds the new pages.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

Yes, if you want to. We set up an editor for texts and prices, and bigger changes go through us.

Do you build online shops?

Yes, on Shopify or WooCommerce, depending on what you sell and who will run the shop.

Who owns the site and the domain?

The domain stays in your name and the content is yours. If you want to run the site yourselves, we hand over the code and access.
