The seven touches your business
does not have.
Paste your website. We will show you what it offers someone trying to reach you, then hand you the follow-up sequence written for what you actually sell.
- How many ways your site actually gives someone to reach you, and which one they will use.
- The touch almost nobody sends, which is also the one that decides whether you look organised or absent.
- Why the last message in a sequence gets more replies than the pitch that came before it.
Four things, about thirty seconds, no email required.
- 1 · The findingWhat your own page offers someone trying to reach you, quoted back rather than scored. You can check every word of it on your own site.
- 2 · The sequenceSeven touches over twenty-one days, each with the day, the channel and the reason that touch exists at all.
- 3 · The first emailWritten out, in your language, ready to send. Not a template you fill in from scratch.
- 4 · The rest of the packEmailed if you want it: the other six touches, the trigger logic, an importable n8n workflow and the eight CRM fields it needs.
What the finding looks like
An example, not a real customer: a roofing company in Tartu whose site takes enquiries through a form. Yours will be about your own page.
Your site gives a visitor 2 ways to reach you: a phone number, a contact form. There is no booking link on the page. And nothing anywhere tells them when they will hear back. So every enquiry you get waits on a human being free.
Two people, both of whom you will actually talk to.
kratt is Karl and Oskar, in Tallinn, Estonia. There is no account manager to be routed to, because there is not one. If you reply to anything this tool sends, one of us reads it.
- Enquiries come in and some of them go quiet without a clear no.
- Following up is somebody's fifth priority, so it happens when it happens.
- You could serve more work than you currently close.
- You are already at capacity and turning work away.
- Your deals close in one conversation and nothing ever stalls.
- You want us to send on your behalf on day one. We will not, and we will say why.
Most businesses have exactly one touch: the quote, then silence. That is not a character flaw, it is what happens when following up is somebody's fifth priority. Owning a sequence and operating one are different problems, and this tool only solves the first one. It costs us almost nothing to run, so charging for it would be silly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it actually free?+
The finding, the full seven-touch map and the first email are free and need no email address. You only give us one if you want the remaining six touches written, the n8n workflow and the CRM schema.
What do you read from my site?+
Public pages only, and only the parts that concern reaching you: phone links, email links, contact forms, booking links, and whether the page states a response time. We do not log in anywhere and we store nothing unless you ask for the full pack.
Is this written by an AI?+
No. The sequence is a reviewed template and the only things injected are facts read off your own site. We would rather hand you seven touches we stand behind than seven a model invented while you watched.
What if you read my site wrong?+
Then it says so. Anything we cannot verify is reported as "could not determine" rather than as a problem you have. A booking widget that loads after the page, or a number inside an image, will read as unknown, and unknown is what we will print.
What happens after I give you my email?+
The full pack arrives straight away. Then a short series on what it takes to actually run a sequence rather than own one. One link stops all of it, and we do not call.
Build the pack, or just talk to us.
Most people paste the address first, because reading your own finding takes less time than booking anything. If you would rather skip to a human, the free AI audit is a thirty minute call where we map where the business leaks revenue, and you keep the findings whether or not we work together.
