AI Audit Pricing in Estonia 2026: What the Market Charges and What the Money Buys

Published AI audit prices in Estonia run from 1,250 to 3,900 EUR and up, with senior day rates up to 1,300 EUR. We compare the public price lists with sources, give six questions to ask any provider, and say honestly when an audit is the wrong purchase.

Answer

AI audit pricing in Estonia in 2026 runs from 1,250 to 3,900 EUR and up. AI Eesti charges from 3,900 EUR for a full audit and 1,250 EUR for its quick start, Traceflow runs a fixed one-week audit at 2,900 EUR, and senior independent day rates are 700 to 1,300 EUR. Before buying, ask what decision the document will let you make.

The short answer: published AI audit prices on the Estonian market in August 2026 run from 1,250 to 3,900 EUR and up. AI Eesti charges from 3,900 EUR for a full audit and 1,250 EUR for a quick-start version, Traceflow runs a fixed-price one-week audit at 2,900 EUR for companies under 2 million EUR in revenue, and a senior independent consultant charges between 700 EUR for a short session and 1,300 EUR per day. Below is what each tier actually buys, what to ask before paying, and when an audit is the wrong purchase.

The published prices on the market in 2026

Every number here is published by the provider themselves, and every number carries its source. We do not speculate about price lists that are not public. All sources were checked on 13 August 2026.

  • AI Eesti: a full AI audit from 3,900 EUR, running 3 to 4 weeks. The promise: at least 15 identified AI opportunities, 3 prioritised projects and an action plan with ROI estimates. The smaller AI Kiirstart costs 1,250 EUR and takes 1 to 2 weeks. Source: the aieesti.ee FAQ.
  • Traceflow: for companies under 2 million EUR in revenue, a shortened audit, one week, fixed at 2,900 EUR. Larger companies get the full-scope version, and a typical project runs 2 to 4 weeks from contract to board presentation. Source: Traceflow's own description.
  • Independent consultant Indrek Seppo: a team session of up to two hours in Tallinn at 700 EUR plus VAT, from 800 EUR outside Tallinn, and longer training days or AI strategy work at 1,300 EUR per day plus VAT. Source: the public price list on seppo.ai.
  • For comparison, the training market (AI Treening): team training packages from 990 to 3,490 EUR, from a half day to a two-day programme. Not an audit, but an alternative the same budget can buy, and worth knowing about. Source: the aitreening.ee price list.

What the money buys

700 to 1,300 EUR: a senior person's time

At this tier you are buying hours, not a document. A short session gives leadership orientation; a day buys a focused strategy workshop. You generally do not walk away with a report, you walk away with clarity and a direction. It is a good fit when the decision-makers are in the room and want to find out quickly whether the topic carries any weight in their business.

1,250 EUR: the quick start

AI Eesti positions its Kiirstart, by its own description, for companies that first want to understand whether and how AI fits them. In practice you are paying for someone to review your situation in a structured way and tell you whether a bigger project is worth starting. It takes 1 to 2 weeks.

2,900 EUR: the fixed-price week

What stands out about Traceflow's offer is that the deliverable structure is public: a two-page executive summary, an opportunity register ranked by payback, an 18-month quarter-by-quarter plan, a risk and compliance memo, and appendices. Whoever you end up buying from, that is a useful benchmark. If a provider cannot show you what their final document looks like before you sign, ask for a sample or do not pay.

From 3,900 EUR: the full audit

Here you are buying several weeks of work: interviews, process mapping, an opportunity register and ROI estimates. AI Eesti promises at least 15 identified opportunities and 3 prioritised projects at this tier. That scope makes sense when the decision is expensive: you plan to spend tens of thousands on development and want the sequence settled first.

Six questions to ask any provider before buying

  1. What decision will this audit let us make? If the answer is vague, you are buying a report, not a decision.
  2. Who actually does the work, and what have they built themselves? A recommendation from someone who has never shipped a system to production is a hypothesis, not experience.
  3. What does the final document look like? Ask for an anonymised sample. Publishing the structure is becoming normal on this market.
  4. How do you measure the current baseline? If nobody measures what processes cost today, nobody can later say whether anything improved.
  5. What happens after the audit? Does the provider also build, at what price, and is the audit fee credited against the build? The answer tells you whether the audit is a product or a sales funnel.
  6. Do the recommendations depend on tools you resell? If the provider earns a commission on a specific platform, they should say so.

When an audit is not worth it

This is the part price lists leave out, and it saves the most money.

  • When the bottleneck is already known. If you know the phone goes unanswered and quotes go out late, you do not need a 3,900 EUR report confirming it. Buy the fix, not the diagnosis.
  • When the audit costs more than the problem does per year. At small volumes, a multi-thousand-euro analysis can cost more than the leak it is hunting. Do the one-line arithmetic first.
  • When leadership has no intention of changing anything. An audit nobody acts on is shelfware. Without decision-maker time, even the best analysis returns nothing.
  • When the audit is a disguised sales document. If the provider's only recommendation is always their own product, you did not buy analysis, you bought a pitch.
  • When there is nothing to analyse yet. A very early-stage company is better off running one small experiment on a real process than commissioning a map of processes that do not exist yet.

When an audit is worth it

The mirror image is just as honest. An audit pays for itself when there are many candidate processes and the order is genuinely open, when you plan to spend tens of thousands on development and a wrong first pick would be expensive, or when the board needs a document with numbers rather than a feeling. In those cases a few thousand euros of analysis is cheap insurance.

How we do it

Our audit is built differently: it is a free call of about 30 minutes, and its only job is to check whether your business leaks enough money for a project to be worth doing at all. We talk in euros, not technology, and if there is no leak we say so. In fairness, it is also our sales conversation, but you are not obliged to buy anything and everything found in the call stays with you. The full picture is on our AI audit guide, and what an audit-first consultancy means in practice is described in our consultancy overview.

Questions people ask about AI audit pricing

How much does an AI audit cost in Estonia in 2026?

By published price lists, from 1,250 to 3,900 EUR and up. AI Eesti charges from 3,900 EUR for a full audit and 1,250 EUR for its quick start, Traceflow runs a fixed one-week audit at 2,900 EUR for smaller companies, and a senior independent consultant's day rate is about 1,300 EUR plus VAT. Every figure comes from the provider's own published pricing.

What separates a 1,250 EUR quick start from a 3,900 EUR audit?

Scope and promise. The quick start takes 1 to 2 weeks and answers whether AI carries weight in your business at all. The full audit takes 3 to 4 weeks and promises at least 15 identified opportunities, 3 prioritised projects and an action plan with ROI estimates. For a small, clear problem the full audit is often too much.

What should a proper audit deliverable contain?

A useful market benchmark is the publicly described structure: a short executive summary, an opportunity register ranked by payback, a quarter-by-quarter action plan, and a risk and compliance memo. A provider unable to show a sample deliverable before contract is a warning sign.

When is an AI audit not worth it?

When the bottleneck is already known, when the audit costs more than the problem does per year, when leadership will not act on the findings, or when the audit is a disguised sales document for one product. In those cases it is cheaper to buy the fix or run one small experiment on a real process.

Can training replace an audit?

Sometimes. Training packages in Estonia run about 990 to 3,490 EUR by published price lists, which is audit money. Buy training when your people need to master the tools themselves. Buy an audit when you need to decide what to build at all. They are different jobs and different purchases.

Why is kratt's audit free?

Because it is short and has one job: to check in euros whether your business leaks enough for a project to be worth doing. If it does, we make an offer. If it does not, we say so and you have spent half an hour, not thousands of euros. Everything found in the call stays with you either way.
